Bad management
Scheduled for a drop and hook at this location. When doing so I called ahead to check and see if I could sleep on site due to my time being out upon arrival. I was told it was okay to stay on site! When doing so I spoke to the night manager and he just put me into a dock overnight! Not only that I had an issue with my trailer that needed fixing and they were happy to go ahead and lend me tools and fasteners to fix the trailer so they next guy wouldn’t have problems! Clean place as well!
This is the type of place that will write up the entire staff because a supervisor ignored a quality issue. I know this because I was the one that notified the supervisor about the quality issue, who shrugged his shoulders in response, and then a week later every single one of us got written up for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Very unprofessional, I was harassed by an employee and instead of dealing with it properly, I was fired for performance. After doing 700 actuator caps on ZL-203 on my second day with zero scrap I can confidently say that’s not the case. Very disappointed with the company and the people in charge.
