One of the worst experiences I’ve had and ended up with complications from a minor in office procedure. They didn’t tell me the official cost of the procedure either and ended up with a massive bill for a minor procedure. You are better off going to an outside derm office, instead of having residents work on you when the bill is still that high for a minor procedure. The staff is too lazy to be competent. The bully doctor, Dr Vazquez, Supervising Doctor, not a resident, forgot to prescribe, so useless. The bully doctor also misdiagnosed a skin condition that a competent and caring doctor would know is related to the heart or liver. UT has very good clinics for other medical conditions. UT should not be getting away with this malpractice clinic. They do not care about these reviews. The patients are warned.
Bethany Grubbs is wonderful! Never have to wait very long to be taken back.
