The worst service ever i was willing to pay cash $600 !!!! For a consultation which is pretty expensive but they said they dont have availability they’re booked for few months !!! Obviously They pick and choose their patients and wont help you when uou need help . Dont waste your time and money there
The doctors here are all awesome and I didn’t wait much at all to be taken to a room and then the doctor came in right away so everything went very smoothly. I also made a follow up appointment.
please avoid this department. worst in terms of of doctor experience, expensive medicine and most annoying thing ,they do not response on my chart.
Terrible and incompetent department. All my physicians are at UTSW and this was the first time going to dermatology. Very costly mistakes by their staff that I’m still physically dealing with due to their negligence & lack of proper follow up and communication. I would highly advise against this group.
Scheduled an appointment and someone called about a billing estimate. They spoke so fast I couldn't really understand the name or number and calling the number they called from led to just being cut off. Tried to call the front desk and they told me it was over 400 dollars for my appointment to just meet with the doctor. And this is with insurance.
