*** RANT ALERT *** the following comments are negative about DR BERNARD FINCH - DENTIST - OWINGS, MD . I have been going to dr finch for 2 years, along with my 12 year old daughter. The first tooth he fixed, 2nd premolars on the mandibular left needed a filling. So he filled it and made it worse it hurt for days after and would hurt randomly on and off ever since. I came back he did an X-ray and did nothing else to fix it. He continued on to doing a few other teeth where he made them worse. I came back a year later for a max... read more
