Dr. Singh and Dr .Sprenger were fantastic and all the assistants are very nice except for Erica she was very harsh with my son. I believe that customer service is vital and the fact she works with children you would think her patience and tolerance would be better. That is the only complaint I have because the rest of the staff especially Angelica the young lady that sets the appointments she is awesome!!!!!!
Ramon was very good to our children. If I were to recommend anyone to take care of their child(ren), I would recommend Ramon.
I have been coming to this location with my 3 children for 4 years now and I have nothing but appreciation and gratitude. Every step of the process from reserving an appt to taking my payment is always so smooth. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room and dental areas are always clean. The text and email reminders wonderful! My kids and I LOVE coming here.
My children had the best experience, they loved how they were treated and are very excited to go back. All the staff are really friendly and nice starting from the front to back. They take time to explain everything. I can only say good things about this clinic, They are the BEST!!!!!!! Maria
I've been coming here for about nine years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been very kind and helpful and they have always shown concern whenever I've had issues with my teeth. I also did ortho here for about two years and it has definitely been an amazing experience. My brothers have also came here and as children you wouldn't expect them to be so excited to come to the dentist but they love it my mom couldn't have chosen a better dentistry to being us to!
This office is just horrible and you would think since there are so many people working there that at LEAST 1 person would get the childs name right but rarely would happen starting from the fron office as well as back to start working on your teeth. HORRIBLE!!! Moved to the one on Prince much better there!!
