So sad that Dr. Chen retired, this please used to be the best when Dr. Chen was on charge. I was their patience for about 25 years, I used to take my family there. After the new company took over: Iheart, I was not too happy with their services but I gave the benefit of doubt, then, on 09/09/2024 I had an appointment, a few days before my appointment I even received the text notification however; when I arrived; no one was there at the office, door was locked, parking lot was empty. Dr Carl Chen is skilled, precise, patient and very friendly. Assistant and counter are all very helpful and friendly.
After three years of not going to the dentist because I was traumatized by Western dental in Chino, I am so happy that I found this place, because not only are they extremely nice, but they saw how nervous I was and they were super gentle with me and so sweet and so kind I would refer this place to anyone who’s nervous or scared and I definitely know I need a lot of work done on my teeth but these people really care. I would recommend them to my best friend or family member for sure !
