No way to call and try to work out debt! Have several collections with them and a couple less than 40 dollars! Would pay them if I had a way to negotiate with them!
No settlements available, no removal of account from credit report even if you pay in full. Takes them a month to report update to credit report. No way to pay by phone.
I was previously contacted about a collection. The woman I spoke to was so rude and had an attitude when I questioned anything, which is so unprofessional. I wished my collection was through a different company.
It's three months now where they were to remove three collection reports that were incorrect. It doesn't take long for them to add anything
