I recently purchased 15 CAO flathead cigars, which are made by this company. I’ve smoked 10 cigars out of 15 and only three did not have 2 to 3 voids in them ranging in depth of 1/4 - 1/2 inches. I attempted to call the company and advise them that there’s a problem with their cigars, but I have Not received a call back. I would hope that they would be interested in feedback so the product can be improved, but it seems to be all about the money not the quality of the product they are selling
