Ownership changed, we used them for years but nothing really changed. Just leave a voicemail and they pick up the oil in next few days. Works for us.
Just like other comments say do not resolve any problems, waste of time. Always short handed on employee been like this for few years. We’ve now scheduled four separate times for them to come no one shows up for scheduled time. TERRIBLE.
They sent a fake email a few weeks ago, saying that they have an appointment to collect oil. I heard they did the same thing to couple other restaurants in the neighborhood.
One of the truck drivers cut me off in an un-necessary move.
I Highly recommend finding different company. I been waiting for them to call me back since last week Wednesday. I always call back and they send a report to their diver and like always and they never get back to you or anything like they say they will.
