Went and got two used tires the guy didn't even show us the tires before he put them on then he messed up one of my lug nuts and said that it was already like that we he took it off. He said he had another one he could put on. Well he was trying to rush and put the one old lug nut back on. Well long story short we got home to check the tires again and guess what one of them had a nail in it. I won't be back customer service was horrible.

This business has way more negative feedback than positive. Didn't read before I did business with them. But I will say I did get an alignment and they had done a good job o my vehicle. The 1 thing that is absolutely true based on what prior customers had said is that they give you 1 price on the phone and charge you a higher price after they get done. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I played myself. I asked to get my rim and tire mounted and balanced and he says he can do it. I'm chilling in the car thinking it'd be fast considering I'm the only one there and I had my tire and rim in the car with me. It takes about 20 mins before he comes back to tell me he can't put the tire on the rim but it's halfway on and as I inspect it my tps is cracked but he says he didn't see it nor did touch it. Service was up to par and fast but pricing over the phone and in person is two different prices for alignment. The alignment was fixed in a jiffy I appreciate that just wishing the pricing was the same across the staff.
