I love General Appliance! Pam is my go to person for everything! My family has been customers for years, and I plan on keeping it that way!
Rude and didn't deliver as agreed. Was not able to be home the first time so when they were supposed to bring it tgey let me wait all day before telling me they didn't schedule it! Im 5 mins from downtown. Customer for 20 years! Very disgusted with them.
They were great on the selling part. But when our couch was broken week after we got it due to what the repair man said, was a mistake made by someone in the warehouse, they came with no tools to fix it and told me it would be done that afternoon and they would have it back.... well we got it back a week later after calling every single day and never getting any help as to where my couch was. For this being the first time dealing with them it has horrible. I will make the drive to Jackson from here on out.
Love the selection, and Keith Ashley is a super salesperson!!
