I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here deserves to be shared. I came in for a post-op appointment after emergency surgery — already in pain and stressed — and instead of compassion or help, I was met with disrespect and smugness from the front desk, specifically a staff member named Liza A. I asked about the cost of the visit and was told “I don’t know” with an attitude. Permanently scarred my face. Used glue instead of stitches. The surgery healed horribly. They Didn't fix it when brought to their attention. Also, unusually long waiting times to even be seen. Even if you show up before your appointment, or on time. Bring some reading material, and EXPECT a long wait in an overly crowded waiting room.
