Dr Matthew Schultzer did an awesome job on my robotic inguinal hernia repair my surgery was on 7/28/25 when I tell you my surgery went smooth it went smooth I had a great team this was my first surgery ever in life and they made me feel so comfortable I didn't feel a thing the only thing I remember is the anesthesia doctor telling me he is about to start the medicine after that I just remember waking up looking at my fiance I had a breathing tube but didn't get a sore throat my recovery is quick there's no pain just soreness... read more
I can’t begin to thank Dr Schultzel and his team enough! I was suffering for over 1 year and seeing multiple gastroenterologists who didn’t take the time and effort to find my problems. Dr Schultzel is thorough, compassionate and kind. I’ve had 2 successful surgeries (gallbladder removal & inguinal hernia repair) over the last 3 months. Special thanks to Gabby my physicians assistant and Emily who coordinated pre-op. Both are very kind :) Thank you again Dr Schultzel!
My situation was relatively minor, but Dr. Schultzel's positive manner helped immensely. Although being busy, he was able to explain the treatment plan and executed it exactly as he said with little discomfort during and after the 3 procedures. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Schultzel and PA Harper are incredible practitioners who know what they're doing and are excellent at it. I feel truly taken care of. Wait times in the clinic can be a bit long, so always bring a book to occupy your time. I learned to ask when I arrived how far behind they're running to manage expectations. It would be nice if they could tell you this up front. Wait time is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. As far as the doctor's competence and bedside manner are concerned, I have zero complaints.
Dr. Schultzel is a truly great physician and a wonderful person as well. He successfully repaired another surgeons sub optimal colon cancer resection and ostomy surgery for my wife.
