It's so horrible and the worst place I ever worked. Poor maintenance, doesn't care about employees safety, machines are bad, yet you're not provided with proper PPE. Got in an accident and they try to hide it. Trust me they really don't care about employee's safety. You're working at your own risk. It's been over 4years now and my case is still on going. The worst working environment to ever work in. Stay away
The days of being worked seven days a week are over. I work second shift here and the team is excellent and the starting wage is by far, the best I've seen for an entry level position. It is hot as heck in there so if you do find yourself a job here, be prepared to drink a gallon of water a day. The break room is air conditioned and offers a great view to what's going on. Definitely not a bad place to work at all and a great way to start an aluminum manufacturing career.
