I will never do a tank recertification here again or do any business with General Air I brought my CO2 tank in to be recertified on November 4, 2025. They told us it would be 1 to 2 weeks and the tank would be back. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything, so I started calling them back to find out the status. At the point, I was told that they couldn't get a hold of the fill plant. Then I was told the fill plant couldn't find it. Just a bunch of excuses. This company does not care about safety and when you try to talk to them about issues, they just ignore you. I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone use this company.
