My elderly mother was taken advantage of by another AC company. They installed a new unit and blew out and cracked the drain line- this flooded the house upstairs and went through to the garage. They routed it to another drain which quickly flooded everything again. after dealing with this for over a month and unable to get a technician to show up from their company to fix the issue, I called TIM at GeneralAir. Had a last minute call on a Sunday, the owner was doing that days service calls - great to see him taking care of his employees, but the work was also top-notch. Very professional and personable, but even better - price was very reasonable. Will be doing business with this company from now on.
