Called on 5/5/21 business does not service Mt. Pleasant Iowa... Totally agreed with Margaret comment below, saw AD on TV called to schedule an assessment and was told the same thing. You'd think they would not show ADs in IA if they don't service IA.....just saying!!! The search continues.
I am disappointed with the experience of the info-mercial and corresponding phone call with a Generac Telemarketer! The Iowa company, the Generac Telemarketer scheduled my assessment appointment with, is three hours away from where I live! They are in another City entirely and don't travel throughout IA to provide Generac support. The company apologized and said they could not help me; and they said they didn't understand why Generac keeps referring their company to Citizens throughout IA as a Dealer because they do not trav... read more
