I own a portable Generac brand generator that wouldn't start. I called Jon Hatton at North East Florida Generators (also known as Generac Generator Sales, Service, And Installation). Jon's service included picking up and dropping off the generator at my home, which was important to me because it is very heavy to lift in a truck alone! We were having a problem with out portable generator (of course, right before Hurricane Ian) and they went out of their way to come and get it, took it back to their shop, and returned it in working order. They wouldn't even take a tip! They are always available and very helpful! We will definitely be using them again!!!! UPDATE: We called on them again, this time we were having trouble with the battery. They were fast! Fixed the electric start and no more pulling the cord...so happy! We are so pleased with them!!!
