I've worked 6 years for this company and management never offered annual performance reviews so that they could avoid giving you an increase. The department I've worked for has had management changes 3-4 times and the current manager there doesn't have any knowledge on how to guide and motivate his team. My last supervisor only worked there for less than a year and was dishonest (probably only accepted the job to make her resume look good for other opportunities). - Outdated management style - Very unorganized Only worked here for the experience and was glad that I found a better opportunity (pay and also benefits) somewhere else.
