I am not big on writing reviews but felt I need to do so this time especially for providers. Most of the reviews online are from patients and I feel that providers need to be aware of this company. Most of us are in the medical industry to take care of our patients and do not know much about the buisness of medicine. This company hired me to work and it was the worst job I’ve had in my life. I was hired to collect tests to send to a lab in NJ. The office I worked out of in Texas was on a contract basis. The lab is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had to interact with. Policies changed weekly. I was reprimanded for going to the doctor. I requested vacation time over 6 weeks in advance and was laid off during my vacation. The account managers in Texas are useless. I worked here for a few months, they sell you a pipe dream. They don't care about the employees at all. I was told I would work 40 hours a week. I would work 30 hours one week, and barely 24 the next. I'm a single mom, what I made didn't even cover my rent. I still had to get public assistance. They only cared about getting their numbers up. Now their saying they offer PTO, guess what they told me the same thing, but didn't. RUNNNNN!!!
Hello, i am not a patient but i have worked here for probably around two months. this is the worst job I've ever had. No communication, very unorganized. I was excited to work for genetic testing but when i saw that they had placed me in a small Drs office sitting in a waiting room with no room to myself i should have taken that as a red flag number 1. red flag number 2 the Dr goes on vacation so your forced to take unpaid days. i was promised compensation for a vacation a Dr took and was NEVER compensated.
