Wonderful landlord!
I’ll never forget this quack putting an eviction notice on his rental property I leased after I asked for the heat to be fixed in the middle of winter. He told me was working on getting someone out there and hung up on me. I told him I needed to know a date because a house without heat in freezing weather wasn’t acceptable to stay in and he said he wasn't sure when his maintenance man could get to it and hung up again.
