I was a new patient. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Before I was able to book my appointment, Rose explained exactly what to expect from the doctor in terms of the services he provided, and after the appointment she explained the next steps. Dr Liaw was extremely patient and took time to explain everything and he gave me great medical advice.
