I had to have a tendon release done on both of my ankles. Dr Shaffer was great! He answered any questions I had, and gave me everything I needed to get a quick surgery date. He explained everything that he was going to do. He was extremely nice and funny. His staff were very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. I would go back to him in a heartbeat, if I need anything else done!! I definitely recommend

They will chase you for surgery but afterwards, they don not care. I have left numerous messages about my pain meds needing prior authorization and no one has got back to me. It's the worst experience ever for someone in pain, clearly your patients don't matter. It's all about money smh
