My experience with this doctors office has been nothing short of appalling. The staff is completely incapable of handling even the most basic responsibilities, and the way they treat patients is unprofessional and unacceptable. On my very first visit, I waited nearly two hours just to see the doctor for less than ten minutes. My second visit was even worse—I waited two and a half hours, and there were still five people ahead of me because they scheduled multiple patients at the exact same time. The best Doctor I've ever had. I'd suffered from acid indigestion and stomach issues my entire life and he was the only doctor that found the root cause. He has helped my cousin, her husband, her best friend, and the many people I have recommended have all been helped tremendously by Dr. Neytman. I'm extremely grateful for him. And the staff is awesome and always nice. ☺️
Gene is hands down the best PCP I have ever had. I now drive over two hours every time I need to see him and do so happily. Aside from being caring, attentive, intuitive and direct, I love that he always tries to get to the root cause and use the most natural route possible to get your body functioning optimally.
