They took 7 and half hours to get my daughter into a Kia after putting the wrong info into the computer and they are 11 hours away from home and still had to drive back the same day!!! Very unhappy that they made them sit around there to get things right with their two small children. Will NEVER buy a car there.
They did get me into a denali and over a month later they made me return it and now I'm still here waiting for my $5350 down payment refund 2 weeks after I already gave them back their denali, thinking i was going to get my refund as soon as i gave the car back. Guess not. Not the best place to get a car if anything goes wrong they will give you "THE RUN AROUND!"
From my own experience I was there to buy a car and when I got there in the morning they started lying and I realized when I had talked to themover the phone it had just been lies the cars is good I would recommend the car but its the worst customer service I've experience and I left the place an hour after it closed. And they weren't even finish with the paper work then. And my rating to them is -100. And if I were you just go someplace else you'll regret going there
