Horrible Service! I have had experiences with quite a number of car dealerships in my life, I've even worked at quite a few, so I know how they work. But Gene Latta is by far, the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I bought a Ford Focus brand new in 2005. Right away the car wasn't right, it hesitated, it started hard, and it had intermittent power loss problems.
