Best Doctor but Worst staff Dr. Gene Reister is a wonderful guy. He listens to us very carefully and then recommends medicines. He is very polite and gentle. I would really recommend him to others if he replaces his staff. Of the two staffs at the front desk, the lady of hispanic origin (little fat) was really arrogant. I don't remember her name or any other specific details so I am specifying the race.
Dr. Reister is awesome!! I was extremely pleased with Dr. Reister's personal demeanor and professional conduct. He treated my problem successfully, was very kind, patient and caring. I will recommend him to anyone who needs his services. Brisy
Excellent Results My foot had been very painful and swollen. I had visited Baylor Plano Emergency Room 2 weeks prior and been told that I had an infection. They had taken an X-ray of my foot and told me that there was nothing wrong. After two weeks I called Dr Riester and he took a new x-ray and a fracture was clearly showing. It had begun to heal and he put me in a boot which immediately eased my pain. After four weeks in the boot, I was walking pain free and back to normal.
Richardson Podiatry Assoc is about revenue only I did not purchase anything from Dr. Reister's office and I never will. I have been to see Dr. Reister on many occasions and each time I was told the same thing, "This things take time". Dr. Reister's treatment was a walker boot. Dr. Reister himself told me that the front office had verified my insurance and I was covered at 100% for the boot. I told him that I would like to check my benefits myself first. Reister Gene G Dpm - Richardson Podiatry Assoc Dr. Reister helped me with my plantar fasciitis. I am now pain free, but I know how to avoid a reaccurance. He also was very patient with my elderly mother-in-law.
Dr. Reister and his staff are AWESOME!!!!! I hadn't seen Dr. Reister in about 12 years and just went back today. I had at least one ingrown toenail removed on each big toe that he has removed prior. He also removed a very deep and painful plantar's wart from my heel prior.
