BEWARE!! Absolute worst residential real estate management company in the seacoast. They are not responsive, nor do they uphold their end of the lease contracts unless it benefits them. The landlords/home owners they manage for are horrid people as well and do not care to maintain their properties once you've moved into them. Gene is duplicitous and will quickly lie to get out of having to uphold his managerial duties.

Lane Ct. property management: So far, so bad. Not only is there no response to phone calls or emails from tenants, there seems to be absolutely no oversight to this property's upkeep. The outlets are wired upside down without proper grounding, among other infrastructure details. Also, the management oversight borders on neglect. I will amend this review if things shape up after 7 months of leasing, but it doesn't seem likely.

They were very helpful. I had an issue (though I didn't have much) and they got right to helping me. Was able to move in very quickly.

I have rented from this company, they are horrible at fixing what needs to be fixed. They don't return your calls, they will tell you yes with no results. Don't bother renting any of their properties, unless you don't mind fixing plumbing, heating, or leaky ceilings on your own.
