I went to their office to apply for an apartment and was told that we make too much money to apply to rent there. I asked if she meant for housing vouchers or assistance and she said no, they have an income cap for anyone who applies and if the household income is more than that the application is denied. Moved in 2 days ago & I have never lived anywhere like this run-down, outdated, dilapidated, filthy but the worst part? Took me less than 6 hrs being in the apt to realize there is a MAJOR roach infestation! I have not slept the entire weekend because this whole situation has made me physically sick from the stress. They are supposedly starting a complete remodel in January & it desperately needs it but if they don't address the roach problem, tenants will carry them to the new units.
