Do not recommend. Neighbors are noisy, floors are thin so hear every step in the apartment above me. Laundry rooms are not maintained, washer and dryer in my building has not been fixed for over a year. Leak in my bedroom has not been fixed for 3yrs, mold in my carpet and behind the walls. Was told by the new landlord that the voicemails can not be listened to due to previous person so those are not answered. There is no emergency line for maintenance problems. The ADF (presumably a housing authority or similar organization) should come and see these apartments for homeless people; there's so much dirt, all the plumbing and drainage is broken, the neighbors upstairs fill their toilets with excrement, and it leaks onto our floor. It's terrible. I have four children, and these apartments are not suitable for long-term living. It's only advisable to live here with a six-month contract. Bugs black.mold horrible plumbing poor maintainance
the landlord Amanda Anismatta has only been there for three weeks give or take and she has helped us, listened to our concerns and truly wants to make the property a better place to live when the previous landlord was there you had to pretty much beg them to fix things we would have multiple things to fix in the apartment and it would take at least a day or so at the shortest and the longest months and some of the concerns we wanted fixed never got done. the complex needs work but it has since had a glimmer of hope with Aman... read more
08/2025 Update: Having Amanda as our new property manager is great. It's wonderful to have someone who puts her heart into what she does and actually cares about tenants!
