the landlord Amanda Anismatta has only been there for three weeks give or take and she has helped us, listened to our concerns and truly wants to make the property a better place to live when the previous landlord was there you had to pretty much beg them to fix things we would have multiple things to fix in the apartment and it would take at least a day or so at the shortest and the longest months and some of the concerns we wanted fixed never got done. the complex needs work but it has since had a glimmer of hope with Aman... read more
08/2025 Update: Having Amanda as our new property manager is great. It's wonderful to have someone who puts her heart into what she does and actually cares about tenants!
With what I had seen from years ago from when I was a kid. I was not even impressed with that place then and I'm still not impressed with it today. With what I had heard that the place with the thieves that comes in and along with people comes in and damaging the place. I wouldn't even recommend anyone coming here. This place doesn't even care about their property
I worked there and the manager is a total bench. She needs fired. She just came into residents apartments eventhough the paperwork said not to. And she thinks she knows everything. I despise people like her.
