Made a bid on a home higher than asking price. Was forced to sign the realtor as our agent, making them a dual Agent. Was told the seller accepted our offer. But after 2 weeks and no word, and then a pending sale on realtor.com we got nervous. Once reaching out, we were told that the seller was selling it to someone else. NO ONE EVEN TOLD US. extremely unprofessional. Severe lack of communication. Do not recommend
