I contacted Gene about looking at a piece of property. He said we would be able to look at it the following day sometime after 3 PM. I sent him a text message asking a question about the property at 2 on the day we were supposed to look at it. Gene didn't get back to me until 7 PM saying he would have to look into the question and nothing about looking at the property.
