Cannot say enough great things about Gene and his abilities! He is very professional, completely knowledgeable and thorough. What I find very valuable is his ability to distinguish between what is alarming and what is not. He does not scare the client nor does he hide details that other inspectors feel may 'kill the deal'. Gene gives us the good, the bad and the ugly. But does so with great care and skill!

This is the second time I have used Mr. Ballin's services, he has been thorough, professional, and wonderful to work with both times! He takes his time to do a complete inspection, while educating as the potential homeowner along the way. I have left feeling confident in knowing the status of house I was going to purchase . He provides a detailed report with pictures and identifies all issues that were found. I highly recommend him and will be the first call I make whenever a home inspection needs to be done.
Inspector Gene Arrived before we did and actually had gotten started. We arrived at the same time as our agent and we all introduced ourselves and then then went inside to the kitchen. Inspector gene reviewed the Pre-inspection agreement and the inspection process with us. We went over some of our concerns with him and then he continued with the inspection, which took about three hours!
