I live In a building that uses Genco for HVAC services. I have 3 hotel style AC units in my suite, 2 of which were not properly working. Genco was called Friday afternoon and sent a technician within a few hours to service the problem. That technician determined there were pump and line issues with both units. He made things workable so we had AC until parts could be ordered. Fast forward to Thursday. Every good review is someone who works at this company. Do not trust anything. Terrible technicians and quality of work. Anything they install will have numerous deficiencies. Scammers.
