Gena - family tradition I am a satisfied customer of Gena Optical, and I specifically came not necessarily for the optician (who, again, is a wonderful man who was very patient with me the first time) but also for the front desk guy, who listened to what I was looking for and provided an absolutely excellent recommendation on a set of frames that garnered compliments for years after I picked them. DO NOT PATRON GENA OPTICAL! I have NEVER experience such horrible customer service!! The actual store salesman is a COMPLETE jerk and will do absolutely nothing to assist you with your optical needs other than make snide and sarcastic remarks. The actual optician Dr. James Wiley is friendly, but good luck getting through to him without having to deal with the absolutely rude store salesman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using Gena Optical, you'll regret it!!
