Gena is awesome! Home buying is a big deal and I feel blessed to have had Gena’s guidance and expertise throughout the process. I am beyond grateful for how things turned out!
Gena Van Tries is hands-down the best realtor we have ever worked with! We have moved 7 times in the last 17 years and working with Gena for our last two moves has been the best experience by far. Gena has your best interest in mind. She is always responsive and always willing to work for her clients. Often times she reminded us of things we needed to be doing as we worked through the home buying and selling process. She is well-connected and respected in the area which makes every aspect of buying and selling a home easier.... read more
We moved from out of town and had no working knowledge of the Pearland and Clear Creek areas. We were so grateful for the knowledge and professionalism Gena brought to the table. She went to great lengths to make sure we understood what we could anticipate in the market and to make sure she understood exactly what our main goals were in our house hunt. We always felt like we were on the same page and she's as attentive as they come. She's got a heart for what she does and it shows!
We can't say enough good things about Gena Van Tries! Gena is a go-getter who is knowledgeable, straight-forward, and knows how to have fun. She was incredibly attentive and vigilant on new listings, driving us around to see every potential home. What truly sets Gena apart is how she treated us like her own children, and we affectionately called her "Auntie Gena." ☺️ Her advice was always heartfelt, and we knew she had our best interests at heart. Thanks to her, we found a true gem—a quality build in the perfect location for... read more
Gena was so helpful in finding us a home during our relocation process. Even though I was states away, Gena stayed in great communication with me and lead me toward homes that would fit my budget, needs, and style. We found the perfect home for my family.
