Technician was very thorough with the preventative maintenance work. And, explaining our 12 year old Generac generator including how to troubleshoot in case of an issue.
Derrick from gen tech just finished my yearly maintaince . I can't say enough positine things about Derrick. Professsional, friendly and actually took ne in basement and turned power off.sure enough the generator fired up I highly recommend gen tech.
