From the moment we sat down, they made us feel taken care of. Patrick was quick with solid recommendations (don't skip the marinated short ribs it's borderline life-changing), while Josh kept things running smooth at the grill and somehow always showed up at just the right time. It's used to be really good but the last 2 times here have been disappointing. Service is getting worse and worse. The servers don't seem to want to work here (possible management sucks so they don't feel like working?). When we asked for something and it took forever to come. They also waited forever until the grill was burned bad before they changed it. Even the check took forever to come too. Food was hit or miss. underwhelming. dimly lit--not the vibe I'm into, nor do I understand it. if youre young and in a group and drinking, this might be your scene. there was limited banchan selection. it seems rice is additional--you have to order it as a side. and you get a small bowl. I wanna say average priced as far as korean bbq joints go. if you need a korean bbq fix and there isn't a wait, you can do worse than this place. meats are fine, service was fine. paid $80 for 2 people including, iirc, 20% tip

應該是4.5，最近兩天女兒在這邊給我慶生，點了Premium的餐點，部分肉片的經絡走向有點不太對，咬起來不容易斷，辣豆腐湯水準不佳，清湯寡水的還有些鹹，土豆泥和蘿蔔片都很開胃；服務員的服務還是挺滿意的，上餐很快，有什麼需求也很快就滿足了，左右兩邊都坐滿了客人，超忙碌的，但看起來都被照顧得很周全。

Sat down at 8pm. Multiple cleared tables but they had to seat us at the end of a joined table with other parties. We had to ask the other parties to get up because we were physically blocked in. The servers could barely even get to us. I would rate the food higher, but they were out of sides, rice paper, appetizers, and drinks we wanted. The servers worked hard with what they had, but the restaurant was just operating above their means. Overall disappointing.
