Ever since the company has gone public, you can tell the focus is on the financials and not the customers. The quality of the meats has decreased as wells as the number of cuts of meats and the a number of appetizers. At this location on our lunch visit, the number of servers was insufficient. While our server was doing his best, he had way too many tables to manage leaving us waiting to order more meats and get refills on drinks.
Taylor was the most attentive server. He checked on us frequently and had a positive upbeat attitude that made this experience AMAZING!! The experience at Gen is always good, and I feel the waitstaff adds to the experience. The selections and sides for the all you can eat are great for the price. Highly recommend Gen BBQ in Torrance!
