We wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and we really shouldn't have. When we walked in, we were ignored for about 5 minutes as hosts went behind the counter and were prepping something and then Lilly asked us if we'd been helped yet and we said no and she just walked away. I wish I read the reviews, but I decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Food was not worth it. There were more than 10 people on staff but it felt like only two people were actually working the floor. Our poor server was taking orders from the whole resturant. He and Sheyden were the only people who tried to take care of our table but were spread thin. We should have left when we first came in. The hostesses straight up ignored us. went here for some ayce kbbq. service was not great, there probably wasn't enough servers to wait on 50% capacity. food quality was mediocre, at one point in the dinner i asked for two spoons to eat the soup and was given two dirty greasy used spoons. i left the restaurant fine, but then i pooped my pants on the way back to destination, maybe about 10 mins into the drive. literally was super embarrassing as i had my coworkers in the car with me, luckily i drove and was able to stop the car, but i never crap my pants before, ... read more
Came here on 2/27/26 @9pm. Service was complete garbage, server only came to the table 2-3 times, would ask if we needed a grill change or more food and never came back with it. We ended up sitting at the table just waiting without food 80% of the time. Place was not busy at all, when we would look around for the server he would be very slowly cleaning a table or chatting with the other servers/hosts. Very disappointed. Would not recommend coming here.
The service was slow, and the food was not as good as expected.
