This is a Korean BBQ chain, and I've eaten in the Southern California ones. The service was fantastic; the meats kept coming in. The meats were great; we just chose the 35.95 selection not the premium. The ban chan not so great, but the appetizer menu makes up for the bad ban chan. We weren't very adventurous; we just had the bulgogi and short rib and chicken. I think the 3.3 star is a bit harsh. I would give it a solid 4.2
Glad I ignored the bad reviews because this place was great! Everyone was super friendly from the moment we walked in. The food was so fast to come out; we would order more meat and it arrived within a matter of minutes. Everything was delicious—definitely a 5/5 recommend!

The service was terrible. The server was not very helpful, and he only seemed concerned about if we were going to leave a tip or not. The food was okay. The calamari was excellent, melt in your mouth, tasted like chicken, but the meat that I had was poor quality. However, the atmosphere and the vibe were topshelf! I really loved the blue lighting.
