How do you seat a reservation at a table with a burner that doesn't work? Reseat them at another table with a burner that doesn't work. Take 30 minutes to deliver a drink..... Just ridiculous. The food is fantastic, but the operations in this business are laughable for the price they charge. For anyone who runs a business that sells a premium product these kind of failures are unacceptable.
This would be my 2nd time. The food was good. Yes, it is pricey but, a great experience. It was cold though! We had to put on our sweaters for a bit. Our server was sweet and helpful. Come in and try it for an experience!
Went yesterday for good food and drinks. Always love getting the red wine samgyubsal! Our waitress, Amanda, was very sweet and was quick about getting anything we needed. I will say that the downtown location is a bit better when it comes to the actual cooking, instead of having to wait and change out the burner every now and then they just provide you with an onion to get rid of the gunk. But other than that, great place!
Went to Gens in the first time in 3 years was super excited to show my boyfriend my favorite Korean place after we moved back to Texas.The dinner for 2 came out to be 80 dollars ( we didn’t pay the extra 20 for the premium meat package this is the base one ) I wouldn’t have mind the price going up that high if the quality of food was worth it.
