Our meal was mostly great, but a member of our party waited about an hour for the sauce that came with their premium order. Drinks are way over priced and slow to be served. The bathrooms were in a horrible state.
Sad to say the other locations are so much better! I just went for a date night and it never fails this location is always “out of” things. This time they were running low on beer that my boyfriend asked about. Not just 1 type but 2 types, and we waited 20ish minutes just for 2 drinks, then we got two meats and nothing else we ordered, by the time the appetizers came out they were all cold. Not usually the type to go out of my way for these things but tonight I walked in with my family, was sat pretty quickly but was completely ignored by multiple servers that walked up to the table next to us. The place was not busy at all. We waited for a bit till my wife went up to the host to bring this to his attention. Host had some words with another employee and they continued to ignore us for another ten minutes. Ended up going to Jinya next door.
We came here and it wasn't busy. The host sat us down and we waited more than 20 minutes with no server ever coming to our table. Two servers attended tables around us but never bothered to ask if anyone had assisted us already, as we didn't have drinks on the table and we kept looking around. I got up and talked to the host that we still needed service. He talked to a server who glanced at us and ignored us. Few more minutes of waiting and nothing.. so we got up and left.
