This place is the worst. The food is mediocre, the staff are ALL terrible. If I was an owner I would fire the staff and manager and hire people that actually want to work there. Place was looking a bit dirty and run down, like a cheap facade. I will NOT be returning and I WILL ALWAYS suggest other restaurants to friends and anyone asking.

고기가 괜찮고 (명륜진사갈비 정도의 퀄리티) 사이드도 다양하고 맛있었다. 근데 테이블에 비해 서버가 부족한 건지 어떤 요청이든 응대가 너무 느렸고 환기가 안 되어 고기 냄새가 너무 심하게 베인다. 하지만 모든 불만과 단점은 가격을 생각하면 다 용서가 된다 (런치 $20)

Waited almost two hours and it was not worth the wait. I had to wave down different servers to get us some sides and salad and meats. Waited for another 10mins after getting just two meats with no rice and no sides. I had four different servers who helped get our stuff before GEN closes. I could asked to pay less or not pay at all, because I feel like I work too hard for that meal and all four of our rice were uncooked/half cooked. People can get sick from that and don't run the risk of getting sue for complacency and lazine... read more
