Reservations and seating for 20 was quick. Variety of meats and veggies. Janelle took great care of us! Don’t skip the mochi dessert!
We visited Gen Korean BBQ House today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When we arrived, we scanned the QR code to join the waitlist and even added a note requesting to be seated at the white chairs. After waiting, we were seated at the black chairs instead. We politely asked if we could move, and although they allowed it, we had to stand and wait while they cleaned a table—even though there were multiple open tables available.
