Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I have dined here before, but the quality of service has declined severely. Despite the restaurant not being busy, my party was left waiting outside for over an hour before being seated. When we asked for an update, the staff and management were unhelpful and came across as dismissive rather than accommodating. They were obnoxiously understaffed. They have plenty of tables, but not enough people to sit parties. We were the third party on the waitlist but had to wait over and hour and a half to be seated. It was just me and my husband. I will probably never come back to this location.

Horrendous service at this location. Leilani couldn't bother to check in with us but once every 20-30 minutes and then brought the wrong meats, drinks, and even the wrong bill. Never have I had to reject so many plates of meat because they were not what we ordered. Destiny was a sweetie and tried to help out with drinks but she had to go to Leilani for ordering. This is a great place to take the family. The wait wasn’t that long. The wait staff was amazing. Make sure you go with an appetite. They do charge for any uncooked meat on the table.
