Joined the waitlist 3pm got a table 50 mins later, 3 tables sat after us. The reason for my negative review is not the wait time it is the fact that our waiter decided to serve the table who sat after us before us. Before we got any food / drink the other table has already begun cooking and eating. My table of 3 kids and 2 adults got up to leave which is finally the moment this waiter decided to ask if we would like to order. every gen’s i go to is buns but pearlridge is always the worst of them all. there were like 4 other parties but our server came twice in like an hour and a half. put in for 2 appetizers but it never came. brisket was junk. but the service is always -20/10 every single time. i recommend going to literally any other kbbq other than gens
Very accommodating. Serve large party's, good for big gatherings, quality food, reasonable prices
Your food will be served after 1hr of waiting. They’re also very rude to their customers.
