Great workouts...friendly atmosphere!! Totally worth it for a solid workout!!
This place is absolutely fabulous! You have never had a workout like this. Full body workout, great prices and Master Jerry is top Notch! If you want to train like Rocky balboa, Go! This is like an insanity class and Jerry is your personal trainer. He pushes you, tells you when your not kicking high, he checks your punches for strength. Do it! You will feel it!
This is a special place. Master Weiss leads a talented team of instructors who mentor and guide children with discipline, patience and a healthy sense of humor. Children not only learn martial arts skills but they learn respect, how to interact with children of all ages and skill level and they learn the value of hard work and dedication. My children, ages 5 and 7 have developed so much in the last 9 months and we are very grateful.
