Today I had a 60 min back and foot massage that was heavenly! Relaxing and clean environment which is important to me. The front desk gentleman was helpful and kind. My masseuse gave a great massage, was respectful and pleasant. I found the price very reasonable for 60 mins. Highly recommend and I will return soon! Thank you!
I highly recommend Gen foot spa. It’s clean and doesn’t give off any sort of weird vibes. When I went, there were all male therapists and they were big and strong and gave a great deep tissue massage that I really enjoy on my tired feet!! It was very quiet and relaxing, no chit chat! I can’t wait to go back!
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The therapist burned me twice with hot towels, left the room multiple times, and was gone for over 10 minutes. The draping was uncomfortable, making the entire experience unpleasant. Instead of offering any compensation for the poor service, the front desk simply ignored my concerns and charged me the full price. The service was terrible, and the price was way too high. I can’t disagree with all the reviewers here. I got a back pain, because my husband always cuddling me when sleeping. Then I got wrong position. It took me a days to figured this out because I did massage (deep tissue) but doesn’t work, then I try this reflexology, and it works good. The service was good with Russel, he will make sure if it’s too hard for you or not. 1 hour was really enough to me. And I recommend this place.
Oof… I haven’t been to a foot spa before but I get regular pedicures and a massage from the most mediocre nail tech is more satisfactory than this. Idk what kind of massage this is supposed to be but I get more out of applying lotion at home than I did the 40+ minutes this guy placed his hand under my knee and moved it side to side. Feet were barely touched, no toes. The worst part is at the end of it I tipped 20% and he looked at me and said “more?” in confusion. Um I heard Jerry is good but unfortunately I did not get him
