Love Gen Foot Spa, we go 2 to 4 times per month. The one hour foot and back massage are the best.
Today I had a 60 min back and foot massage that was heavenly! Relaxing and clean environment which is important to me. The front desk gentleman was helpful and kind. My masseuse gave a great massage, was respectful and pleasant. I found the price very reasonable for 60 mins. Highly recommend and I will return soon! Thank you!
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The therapist burned me twice with hot towels, left the room multiple times, and was gone for over 10 minutes. The draping was uncomfortable, making the entire experience unpleasant. Instead of offering any compensation for the poor service, the front desk simply ignored my concerns and charged me the full price. The service was terrible, and the price was way too high.
