My husband bought my rings being told they had a lifetime replacement guarantee. Unfortunately he was very wrong. My rings are platinum but my engagement ring just broke less that 2 years after purchase. I work from home so I am not doing any activities where my band should have ever cracked completely in half. I received my gorgeous petite Claddagh ring today. It's a stunning piece and the craftsmanship is so lovely! It is the perfect ring and I am over the moon that my Sweetheart gave it to me!! Meaghan was great to deal with and I'm thankful for her help. Thanks to all involved!!
Customer service was fantastic (hence the two stars), but the ring itself was not. I ordered the princess-cut Candace ring as an engagement ring, with citrine as the main stone and yellow sapphires around the band. When it came, I was ecstatic; it looked beautiful and fit very well. However, within two weeks of having it, one of the sapphires on the band fell out. Both my engagement ring and my wedding band are from Gemvara. I was so happy with my engagement ring, and my husband thought their customization options and customer service was great. But after a year, one of the gems chipped and fell out. I also had to send back my wedding band a week after my wedding because the brushed metal finish was already so dinged up.
