I have been pierced by Kirsten three times now (daith, seconds, helix) and she has done such as amazing job. She is extremely comforting, professional, and friendly. She makes the experience so fun and exciting but also makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. I have never had any problems with my piercings ever and she has such great jewelry to choose from. I definitely recommend!!
My daughter’s newly pierced earring got ripped out at school and the place she got her ears pierced (Earthbound) was closed today. Gemstone answered my questions over the phone and even got us in right away to replace the earring, clean up her ear and make sure it looked okay. Kirsten was so sweet and great with my daughter, she made sure to look at everything and my daughter was very comfortable with her. Everyone we talked to in the shop was so friendly and great with us. I will be back for a tattoo for myself!
Went in to get both of my rooks pierced and the experience was amazing!! The shop was very clean, and Kirsten was great at explaining everything. The piercing was quick and much less painful than I expected, and I’ve had no issues with healing! The pictures attached were taken a week after, I only had some slight swelling and soreness for the first few days. I would highly recommend these guys for your next piercing!
Went in there for some gauges but they didn't have what I was looking for the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable which was much appreciated
I will make the 2 hour dive every time! Even when I just need my Pircing changed!
