Had a great experience getting pierced by Kirsten, the setting was professional and very clean. I loved how she walked me through what she was doing every step of the way, I’ve had a lot of piercing experiences that were dead silent till they said “okay deep breath” and I felt like the extra communication from Kirsten helped me mentally prepare for the poke. We had a wonderful experience with Kirsten at Gemstone! The shop has a welcoming and kind atmosphere, which is so refreshing. She was thorough in all of her safety and sanitizing, answered all of our questions, and was enthusiastic about the whole process. The jewelery selection is fantastic and she provided us with complimentary after care spray too.

After having negative experiences at other piercers in town and waiting many years to get any other piercings, a friend referred me here. I had a wonderful experience. Kirsten spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions. My new piercing has had absolutely no issues, something I never thought I would get to experience! I highly recommend Gemstone to anyone, but especially those who have struggled in the past.
