Very rude office staff!I purchase a
Never again.. So disorganize from the very start…from the payment, security gate, office with no one is around etc. The only good thing ever happen is the new property manager whose name is Jennifer in J and J community. She is approachable and sincere and visible. She is checking the house and call you when there are issues. The rest, I never see one and usually I am chasing them in different Gemstone communities…calling them on the phone where no one is answering. Even people from the head office are rude.
The washer in the laundry room has been broken for 5 years. Another washer has been broken for over 2 years. Potholes everywhere! There has been a permanent orange cone at the entrance to mark a pothole that has been there for years. Every year our rent gets raised and we are told it's for all of the improvements they are doing. Any "improvements" done to this park are for money making purposes only-putting in new slabs for new modular homes is not an improvement for the residents. I have lived here for 8 years without 1 problem and soon as they took it over, the so called manager here gave me a notice, and I complied but when I asked why I was the only one getting this notice she told me not to worry about it causeit was nome of my business. Now I just got a notice and they are charging me an extra$50 a month and with a possible eviction.
