Very timely report and very thorough.
This is a long overdue review of Timber and his team at Gem State Home Inspections. I'm so thankful for the expertise delivered and the confidence I felt after utilizing Gem State for an inspection of my new home (in June of 2024) prior to the end of the one-year warranty. They provided a thorough report from roof to crawl space and all the systems in between. Very thorough. Was willing to show and explain his concerns during inspection! Saved me from buying a money pit! ***Update*** Recently had them inspect a new build. They were thorough once again. They were able to find things wrong that I wouldn’t have noticed, and bring those to the attention of my builder. With their reputation I won’t have trouble getting the problems fixed. I feel bad for anyone that buys a house and doesn’t have it inspected whether it’s old or a new build.
