A wonderful company! Our tree fell down on Friday evening at 4:45 PM, I called them shortly after it fell, a real person answered the phone, and at 8:30 AM Saturday a crew came out and had the tree all cleaned up in 45 minutes. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up the entire area completely. Now that is service, and with a smile I might add!
We used Gems Tree Service and they are definitely 5 Thumbs Up. Family owned and operated for 30 years. We have used a lot of other Tree Services in our past 15 years here - read: huge Elm trees! and we have never been so happy with such amazing pricing, professional work, and I do mean a total and spotless cleanup by the crew. Exceptional customer service, awesome communication through Thumbtack, and Gems stayed exactly on the price they quoted. You will be happy; we sure are!
These guys were so good. They understood exactly what needed to be done and shared their expertise. Also, the price. So good. These guys are my go to.
I found Gems Tree Service through Thumbtack. This review only allows me to choose three of five offered items that I liked about my experience with them, Professionalism, Value and Responsiveness. I was not able to choose Work Quality or Punctuality. These also apply to this company. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.
