We had a fantastic experience with this family-owned tree removal service! They were fairly priced, professional, punctual, and incredibly respectful of our property. The team worked efficiently and left our yard spotless. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Highly recommend!
The guy who came out didn’t have a clue about what was happening with my Linden tree. He said he would take a leaf and ask around. Maybe he wasn’t an Arborist. He had no identification on this vehicle or a shirt saying who he represents. I later called an Arborist to access my issue.
I ONLY work with Gems Tree Services. Their prices are easily the best! I will continue to use their services!
Josse has great customer service. He was on time for the job. He cut down and ground the stumps for a very fair price. He is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs tree removal. He does anything to do with trees and also does landscaping. We are 100 percent satisfied with the work he did and his awesome communication. He is licensed and insured.
A wonderful company! Our tree fell down on Friday evening at 4:45 PM, I called them shortly after it fell, a real person answered the phone, and at 8:30 AM Saturday a crew came out and had the tree all cleaned up in 45 minutes. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up the entire area completely. Now that is service, and with a smile I might add!
