I dropped off 2 necklaces to have sauntered. Both came back longer then when I dropped them off. The receipt said it was dropped off 22.5” when it was dropped off at 19.5”. She tried telling me I didn’t remember how long my necklace was. I went back to show picture evidence of where it used to sit on me and they told me I was incorrect or that it was sitting sideways in the picture.
