I needed some jewelry repaired and after reading Google reviews I decided to give Gems Collection Ltd a try. What a wonderful experience!! Their customer service is excellent. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. The work was finished quickly, and the quality is top notch. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this shop.

This is a small family owned business and the owners really care for their customers. I brought a watch in to see if the wrist band could be fixed. Both Sisters went out of their way to fix my Dad's watch in minutes - at a very reasonable price. I would have no hesitation recommending their jewelry services to anyone. Their care to detail has ensured I'll return for all my jewelry needs.

10/10 service here with high quality work. I got a ring resized here, and you cannot see where they removed the gold from. Flawless work. They were very honest and helpful and told me to keep the extra gold instead of selling it in case I ever need to size up again. I would have never thought about that!
