Simple and straightforward cleaning. Had a total of four couches and two recliner chairs cleaned. Recliner chairs probably hadn’t been cleaned in over 12 years. They came out beautiful. I also like the fact that there was no strong perfume he smell when I walked in the house. Best yet owner Gerry fantastic to work with. Thanks from Sibley Illinois

Excellent work from Gerry and his team. Prompt and friendly service, from estimate scheduling all the through checking in after completion. Gerry had reasonably priced and effective ideas for some carpet issues we had - and we are so pleased with the outcome. We will definitely have Gem’s Carpet Cleaning back for our next carpet cleaning project.

These guys were awesome. It was a rainy day snd I have light carpet and they made sure that was protected before even starting on my furniture. A sofa and chair was done and looks amazing, and we’re very professional. Have used them before and will continue to use them and pass on the good job they did. Gerry called to make sure all was good.. thanks love to keep my business in town.
Excellent, friendly and prompt! Gerry and his team always aim to please. I have used Gem's multiple times for carpets and furniture and I always feel I have a new house. Recently my mother passed and we are wanting to put the house up for sale as soon as possible. Gerry and his crew not only made her home ready to sell but also did so very quickly.
I have had Gem’s clean our carpets many times. We recently got new carpet. Our bedroom is the thick carpet that requires an adjustable vacuum and is white. I was a little worried however I completely trust Gerry and his two helpers. Gerry was out the day I called with his free estimate. He scheduled his next available opening, texted me before he came, and called to be sure I had no issues once I checked it over.
